We're thrilled to give you the flexibility to exchange any product that doesn't quite fit within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Just keep in mind, there'll be an additional shipping fee for the exchange product, and the reverse pickup charges, well, those will be on you.

While we take extra care during quality checks, if, by any rare chance, you receive a damaged item, no worries! Share an Unboxing Package Video with us, and once confirmed, we'll sort it out with a reverse pickup. Expect your new product within 5-7 working days, or if you prefer, we can hook you up with a store credit.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If the item you got doesn't quite meet your expectations, don't stress. We can start a return for you within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Keep in mind, though, we process refunds as STORE CREDIT only, which comes with no expiry. Sorry, no cash refunds available right now.

Just a heads up, reverse pickup and new shipment charges will be subtracted from your store credit. It's our way of delivering top-notch service while maintaining our high standards.
